The Americans of Lincoln launched at the 2017 New York Auto Show their SUV future concept meant to relaunch the luxury next generation cars, informs Carbuzz.com.

The 2017 Lincoln Navigator concept makes a strong impression, firstly, by its upward opening “gull-wing” doors, which is unusual for an SUV, and a luxurious inside which resembles the interior often used in yachts.

Under the hood, the new Lincoln features a 3.5-litre V6 twin-turbo engine generating 400 horsepower. Drivers can choose from various driving modes controlling also the noise level or the car suspension, for a more pleasant driving experience. Lincoln describes the interior of its car as a “personal sanctuary”, claiming this is the most spacious cars they have ever built.

Seats can be adjusted in 30 ways, for different body types, including even independent deployable thigh extenders. For the maximum comfort of drivers constantly on the road the car comes with a small wardrobe in the back.

Its safety features include pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection, 360-degree camera, an improved park assistance system, and also a lane-keep assist. Inside the cabin, it also features Wi-Fi monitors on the head restraints to keep the passengers connected.
