Mitsubishi Outlander 2022, more than a redesign of a compact crossover
This three-row crossover model has an entirely new platform and a new look
The Outlander has not been very successful, but this story can change with the new model, the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. Starting at $25,7951.
It has a dynamic redesign, seating for 7, futuristic technology and confident performance. Some experts say it is the first kid of Mitsubishi’s alliance with Nissan and Renault and it is a success. However, there are some other voices that see the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander as being “ugly”. Nonetheless, it has the chance of becoming one of the bestsellers in the class.
It is artistic and stylish, yet powerful and fun to drive. At least that’s what Mitsubishicars say. Besides, they don’t agree that it is just a “redesign”, and they say this is a revolution. The new model exudes confidence with a wider, muscular stance and its sculpted sides.
Some technical characteristics
Three of Outlander’s many advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are brand new for 2022. By applying the brakes after an initial warning, Active Blind Spot Assist3 can help drivers avoid a collision by detecting other vehicles in the surrounding lanes, even when the human eye can’t see them.
