TOKYO, May 13, 2008 – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., today announced financial results for the fiscal year 2007, ending March 31, 2008, and filed the following results with the Tokyo Stock Exchange:

* Net revenues of 10.824 trillion yen (US $94.62 billion, euro 66.98 billion)
* Operating profit of 790.8 billion yen (US $6.91 billion, euro 4.89 billion)
* Ordinary profit of 766.4 billion yen (US $6.70 billion, euro 4.74 billion)
* Consolidated net income of 482.3 billion yen (US $4.22 billion, euro 2.98 billion)
* Operating profit margin of 7.3%

PARIS / PUNE / TOKYO, May 12, 2008 – Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, Managing Director of Bajaj and Mr. Carlos Ghosn, President and CEO of Renault and President and CEO of Nissan, today announced they will form a joint-venture company to develop, produce and market the car code-named ULC with a wholesale price range starting from 2500 USD . The new joint-venture company will be 50% owned by Bajaj Auto, 25% by Renault and 25% by Nissan.

TOKYO, May 9, 2008 – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (NML), today announced the appointment of Hover Automotive India Private Ltd. (Hover) as its service partner for marketing, sales, after-sales service and dealer development in India, effective May 8, 2008. Under the service provision agreement, Hover will undertake the implementation of Nissan’s marketing and sales strategy, and support dealer development in India, with the aim of establishing 55 dealers by 2012.

LISBON, May 8, 2008 -- Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., has announced the creation of the new Infiniti Business Unit (IBU), which will be based in Atsugi city, Kanagawa prefecture, Japan. The IBU will be headed by Akihiro Otomo, corporate vice president, who will be responsible for the brand’s global operation.

The new IBU was established in April 2008 to enhance the global operation of the Infiniti luxury brand. The aims of this business unit are to solidify global business operations for Infiniti, ensure consistent development of the Infiniti brand globally, and drive profitable growth for Infiniti around the world. The IBU encompasses the fields of product planning, technical development, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, marketing, sales and aftersales.

SUPER GT 2008 Round 3 Race Report

May 5, 2008 -- Round 3 of the 2008 SUPER GT took place on May 4th (Sunday) at Fuji Speedway (1 lap: 4.563kms), located in Oyama town, Shizuoka prefecture. All five NISSAN GT-R entries were saddled with added weight for the race in the form of a “Special Performance Adjustment”. The #12 CALSONIC IMPUL GT-R was the top qualifier in 10th, the car completing the race in 9th place.

Nissan North America Announces April 2008 Sales

NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 12008 /PRNewswire - FirstCall/ -- Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) today reported sales of 75,855 units in April, an increase of 4,731 vehicle sales compared with April 2007.

NISSAN HIGHLIGHTS
- Nissan-brand vehicles saw sales of 66,318 units in April, compared with 61,179 during April 2007. Adjusted for a difference in the number of in selling days, this represents a 0.1 percent increase.
- Nissan Versa posted its best April with sales of 6,865, up 26.4 percent on a daily sales rate basis from April 2007.

Steve Parrett Moving to Americas Headquarters from South Central Region

NASHVILLE, Tenn., April 29, 2008 – Steve Parrett, communications manager in Nissan North America, Inc.’s South Central Region, will become Manager, Manufacturing Communications, based in Tennessee. His appointment is effective May 1.

In his new position, Parrett will be responsible for external communications activities involving NNA’s assembly plants in Smyrna, Tenn., and Canton, Miss., and the company’s powertrain plant in Decherd, Tenn.

In addition, he will work with Nissan Mexicana in communications activities involving its assembly plants in Aguascalientes and Cuernavaca.

Nissan Motor Co. Announces New Auditors

TOKYO, April 25, 2008 – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today announced the appointment of two new company auditors.

Masahiko Aoki, currently Executive Advisor and Director of Nissan Creative Services Co., Ltd., and Takemoto Ohto, currently Executive Advisor of Nichirei Corporation, will be appointed as company Auditors, pending approval at Nissan’s annual meeting of shareholders in June.

Current Auditors Hisayoshi Kojima and Haruo Murakami will retire following the company’s shareholders’ meeting.
