The Camry was introduced to rival the Honda Accord here but failed to capture the buyer's mind owing to its high sticker price. Though with the launch of the latest generation Camry, Toyota has seen a slight increase in the sales numbers of this D segment offering. The Land Cruiser Prado occupies the place of pride, competing against the likes of formidable contenders like the Mitsubishi Montero. Toyota Innova invigorated the image of MPVs and has been selling in good numbers.
